Douglas S. Foxley
In the 2004 gubernatorial election, Doug Foxley served as Senior Advisor to the Huntsman for Governor campaign. This year, Mr. Foxley is playing a leadership role on the Finance Committee for the Huntsman reelection campaign. Further, Mr. Foxley is assisting the reelection campaign of Attorney General Mark Shurtleff and various lawmakers.

Frank R. Pignanelli
Because of his extensive campaign and electioneering experience, Mr. Pignanelli will be helping a variety of candidates seeking election or reelection to state office.

Mr. Foxley and Mr. Pignanelli continue to maintain a strong relationship with the Hinckley Institute of Politics and its director Kirk Jowers. Last year, Foxley & Pignanelli taught the upper division course for campaign management for the Institute. At the request of Mr. Jowers, Foxley & Pignanelli will again be teaching this course in fall 2008.
